let's get physical.

so the other day my mom and i went to a boot camp, with ashley from the biggest loser, at d1 sports. we were both nervous and wondering what we were getting ourselves into. we had no idea what to expect, but it was fun! it was hard but fun! the d1 trainers did the boot camp and we did tons of stuff that neither one of us have ever done. i don't think i have ever worked out that hard. ashley was there with a smile always on her face. and the next morning i woke up very sore. all in all it was a good experience. a funny one at that! here are some group pictures...they told us to look excited!
